Mesa Yoga for Health group is a gentle, chair assisted yoga class for cancer survivors and their caregivers. We include meditation to focus on awareness, calmness, breathing, and the present moment. Please dress in layers, have your physician's approval to join the class, and arrive with a relatively empty belly. NOTE: please check ahead on dates there is no class due to room unavailability (rare) and holidays.

I have started this group for working mom's like myself that only have weekends or evenings for their little ones to get together and make new friends.
